What we collect
Your name, email address, telephone number and any notes you give us when you book a table, order a gift voucher or send an enquiry through this website. Card details are handled by our payment provider and never stored by us.
How we use it
To hold and confirm your reservation, to fulfil voucher orders, to note dietary requirements, and to reply to your enquiries. We only send marketing email where you have specifically opted in, and every message includes an unsubscribe link.
Who we share it with
Our reservation platform (OpenTable), our payment provider and our email delivery service, each acting on our instructions. We never sell personal data.
How long we keep it
Reservation records are kept for 24 months, voucher and payment records for six years as required by UK tax law, and enquiry correspondence for 12 months.
Cookies
This site uses only the cookies required to make it function and to remember your preferences. We do not run advertising trackers.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR you may request a copy of your data, ask us to correct or erase it, or object to how we use it. Contact us and we will respond within one month. You may also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office.
